Artwork and Product Information

Elizabeth Williams Art makes reasonable efforts to display artwork, dimensions, descriptions, and other product information accurately.

Because artwork is photographed and viewed on different screens and devices, colors, textures, scale, and other visual characteristics may appear somewhat different in person.

Dimensions listed for original artwork are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Each original artwork is unique and, once sold, may no longer be available.

Availability

Artwork shown on the website is offered subject to availability.

Occasionally, an artwork may sell through another venue, exhibition, studio visit, or art fair before the website inventory has been updated. If an artwork becomes unavailable after an online order has been placed, Elizabeth Williams Art will contact the purchaser and issue a refund for any amount paid for the unavailable artwork.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

Orders

Submitting an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected item.

Elizabeth Williams Art reserves the right to accept or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

Payments made through this website are processed securely through Stripe. Elizabeth Williams Art does not receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers.
