We all know the feeling. You can see where you want to be. You just can’t quite fine the road. This painting starts with what we know – a quiet moment, flowers in a pot, something held carefully in a frame. Then it lets go. The world outside that frame is color and feeling and beautiful disorder – everything we sense but can’t always name. The painting doesn’t resolve the question. It lives inside it. WHich is, if we’re honest, exactly where most of us spend our time.
